Viswanath Ramineni has more than twenty five years of experience in the IT industry holding different responsibilities both in India and US. He has vast experience in managing large teams and development of applications in diverse business domains – Services Billing, Manufacturing, Retail, Distribution, and Transportation to name a few. Though his technical area of excellence is Unix/RDBMS, he worked on varied technology platforms during his extensive years of experience. He has been a freelance consultant for the last three years and currently provides remote consulting to a telecom company based in LA. He is passionate about application development and has been providing design level guidance on .Net projects to a few clients in India.
Mr. Sridhar Gollamudi

Mr. Sridhar Gollamudi specialized Global Support Services for IT companies in US, Europe and India through un compromised international standards. He has over 18 years experience working with startup organizations building long lasting culture with high agile teams and make them commercially successful in the international markets. He held several leadership positions at Isilica Networks, Powercom, Alberg Software, Softalia and Xerox (USA).
He has a Masters in Computer Applications from Mysore University and a Commerce graduate from Nagarjuna University. He is a Member of Indo-American Chambers of Commerce and Hyderabad Software Exporters Association (HYSEA).
Mr. Sreekanth Katta

Mr. Sreekanth has over 16 years of experience in software industry. His experience includes off-shore software project management, software product life cycle management, quality processes and procedures and expertise in Microsoft technologies.
Prior to CrowdHealth, Sreekanth headed software product development team at GE Power Controls and Satyam Computer Services. He also served in GE as a Black Belt in Six Sigma. He was responsible for management of software products where he established processes, procedures and tools to execute projects in a global development environment to ensure team commitment to customer needs and quality, product management, and software development. Sreekanth has earned Master degree in Computer Applications from University of Mysore, India.
Mr. Chiranjeevi Penmetsa
Director Infrastructure
Chiranjeevi brings over 16 years of extensive experience as an Administrator to BluePal. He is responsible for planning and managing Infrastructure division of engineering department. He carries with him great business management skills and personnel management. Previously Chiranjeevi was holding several positions as Vice President, Director and leading Infrastructure team activities at Softalia. He also executed his own business initiatives and helped in building personnel management skills.
Chiranjeevi has Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and Bachelors in Commerce.
